A Rainy London Romance

“The days are long, but the years are short.” – Gretchen Rubin

It’s easy to keep going and going until you break or you lose track of time. I hear so many people saying, “I can’t believe it’s almost __(fill in the month),” and I usually want to ask them “Why Not?” but I refrain from doing so.

Every day we spend on earth should be filled with magic and love. And I’m working so very hard to apply this on a daily basis. When was the last time you stopped and breathed? Enjoyed the air? I’ve been meditating quite consistently for the past week and a half, and I love the action of taking three minutes out of my day to focus on my breathing. Lauren Conquers The World A Step at a Time

Tuesday, April 10th, 2012

Lauren will inspire you to explore the world and maybe to think twice before you eat some chillies.

GirlHabits: Do you think you’ll ever stop travelling?

Lauren Juliff: Never! The only reason for me stopping would be if I ran out of money or decided I didn’t enjoy it anymore. Neither of these seem to be very likely at the moment, which is something I’m very happy about!

GH: What can’t you live without? What do you wish there was less of in the world?
